Facilitator Tools
The use of in-house facilitators distinguishes Success at the Core from many other professional development tools in the field. As facilitator, you will orchestrate a module’s Learning Experience for your team. This is an important role and there are tools to help you—ones that will walk you and your team through the Learning Experience and others that will help you extend or go deeper into the module topic.

Multimedia Presentation
This interactive, slide-based presentation organizes and orders the entire Learning Experience. It includes video, activities, and discussion questions—everything you need to lead your team through the module.

Facilitator Guide
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for leading your team through the Learning Experience. It refers to every slide in the Multimedia Presentation and
offers suggestions for how to customize the Learning Experience for your team.
